Quick Test for New Products

This is my quick test list for a new product that I receive notification of its release.  Of course in should make me fast cash.

  • Can I stop the video?  Generally if I can’t I don’t watch it.
  • Is the price clearly indicated.  No price no sale.
  • How many times do I have to click okay to get off the page.  It is more than two I won’t buy.
  • Do I trust the producer?  Have I bought from them before and had good results.
  • It the promises seem too good to be true they probably are–no sale here.
  • Does it meet the needs of my current marketing plan–I assume everyone has one.
  • Does it have a hidden recurring payment program–If it does no sale.  You can usually find this plan on your paypal or clickbank invoice page.  If it has a hidden recurring payment plan–no sale to this redneck.
  • Did I do a google search to see if I could find it cheaper?
  • Does it have bonuses that appear to be better than the featured product?
  • If the guarantee is for 60 days and the product says that you won’t get results before 61 to 90 day–beware and note the 60 days on your calendar if the product has not produced good results in 50 or so days get a refund because it won’t.

Benton County Washington Special Project Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises Inc.

This article copied from the American Truth and Justice League web site.

The American Truth and Justice League has taken on a special project to support Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises Inc.’s reopening of their repair division.  This will be accomplished by various methods.  The primary method will be to use the internet to raise funds to bring the site into compliance and remove old cars.  The background information for this project can be viewed on this page.  Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises Special Project.

It is our opinion that it was illegal to close this business without any recourse until a special use permit was issued.  The business had been operating for 13 years with no complaints from Benton County Building Department.  The business should have been allowed to operate until such time as a special use permit was issued or denied.  Todate the business has sustained about $20,000 in lost revenue.  Since the Benton County Planning Department allows them selves 120 or more days to review a permit they have essentially closed the business without cause.

As of this date the Benton County Commissioner nor the Benton County Building Department have responded to the proposed compliance plan or any other written communications.  It has been our experience that any communication with any branch of government that is not in writing is like a leaf in the wind here now and then gone and forgotten.

We will be creating crowd funding sites on the internet to raise money to support this business.  Watch our web site for information on our funding activities.

Is Your Business In Danger

This is a short post just to let you know that no business is safe from the Government.  This repair shop see details here, http://www.americantruthandjustice.com/ was closed down for an unknown regulation after being in business for 13 years.  Do we need to take back our government.  I think so and we need to start at the local level.  Read this and weep–you could be next.  American Truth and Justice League

DEBT?

Here is a short article that applies to Cash.  It also answers some questions raised in comments.  This is from a book of mine that will come out early this summer called ETERNAL LAWS OF SUCCESS.

DEBT

Now we get to the practical application of correct principles. The one that every one is faced with is how to handle debt. Are there any guiding principles for debt. Debt is the great in slaver. Those that wish to control all other people use two things to force there will upon on the people and to obtain there work for a little in return as possible. These two things are WAR and DEBT. They are some times use together to put a population in bondage. War we can’t do much about. Debt we can understand and use as a very sharp edged tool.

The best solution is to never have any debt. This is not really practical in our present world. However we can manage debt and use it to our advantage. There are two sides to debt—the debtor and the creditor. Correct principles must be use on both sides of this equation in order for it to work. The debtor always has the obligation to pay his honest debts. The creditor has the obligation to charge a reasonable interest rate. Here in lies the problem. Most creditors really don’t care if you pay them or not, generally those with a secured debt. They will get their money in any case. The unsecured creditors are those such as credit card companies. These folks expect a 30% default rate and have structured their agreements based upon this premise. This is the problem—because they credit card folks have a variable interest rate to punish anyone that is late with a payment or gets into any kind of money problem—they force the problem upon on the debtor.

I know of an instance where a credit card company raised the interest rate for debtor from 18% to 38% and the debtor was only 4 days late with the payment. I consider these kinds of practices dishonest and certainly comply with the definition of usury. This particular action has probably caused more bankruptcies that any thing else.

It is the responsibility of any person to use credit wisely. There are only a few things that really should be bought with credit. These are:

  • House
  • Decent transportation—not necessarily a new car.
  • Education
  • Business investment that is expected to return a profit greater than the loan.

Every thing else should bought with cash. My personal opinion is that transportation should be bought for cash also.

Auto Blogging–New Thoughts

Auto Blogging is working so well that Google is thinking of banning AdSense accounts that are used on auto blogs.  This just proves that auto blogging works.
In my opinion this would be mistake.  It would devalue the value of AdSense ads in favor of control.  (Google is good at the control thing).  This action will not cleanup the internet in any measurable way as most auto bloggers will just find other sources to monetize such as Amazon.com that loves marketers.  There are probably at least 30 reliable markets besides AdSense to use on an auto blog.

I use Massive Passive Profits for the basis of my auto bloging system.  I use a premium word press theme Socrates for my web sites.  This theme allows me to monetize my sites with ease.

If you are going to use auto blogging be sure of your goals when you start. Mine are simple.

  • Set up 1000 sites that earn $0.25 per day on an average.
  • Build a list.

These goals are simple and attainable no matter what any of the search engines do.  With the tools that I use I can create a complete site in less than 10 minutes and have it self posting immediately.  It has been a real education for me to read the content that these tools pull from the web.  Google does not like auto generated content, however, for me even on my own blogs I find the content relevant and interesting.

If you want to use this post on your blog or auto blog feel free to copy it.  I would really appreciate it if you would leave the links intact as that is what supports the blog.

AUTO BLOGGING DOES IT WORK?

The latest craze of the internet marketing world is auto blogging. Just what is this. It is a system of blogs that automatically update themselves with relevant content from the internet. The software searches the internet and pulls in articles and ads from different sites to add to the blog.

Why would I want an auto blog? The purposes of auto blogging are several:

  • The first is to make money.
  • Many businesses use auto blogs as a method to increase traffic to a web site and the physical traffic to their store.
  • This method provide a concise place for obtaining information about a subject.
  • Auto blogs are used to drive traffic and create links to a specific web site.

Let’s look at making money with auto blogging. One idea is to generate a large number of sites that each produce a small amount of income. Napoleon Hill in THINK AND GROW RICH stated that he would rather have 1% of the income of 100 people than 10% of the income of 10 people. This is what auto blogging is all about. Get a small amount of income from a lot of sites. The current thinking is that if a site will generate $1.00 per day it is a good site to keep. My personal opinion is that if a site will generate $0.25 per day it is a good site. Using this as a worst case scenario that is still $250 per day. That’s not a bad part time income.

How is this accomplished? Word press has a build in method to do this. It has been called the WP-Mu site for a while. When WordPress 3.0 was released this became much easier. (I used to hook my blogs to someone else’s mu site because they were difficult to create.) The easiest way to create these sites is to get software that will do it for you. The best that I have found is Massive Passive Profits. This software works well but the learning curve is steep for a non programer like me. It includes a great set of video tutorials also.

Another piece of software that allows you to do auto blogging is Auto Blog Samurai. It has some great features and an impressive set of training videos. The down side is that a lot of the functions run from your pc and it does not help you to set up auto blogs using wordpress-mu.

Another system that works and has a lot of good information is Auto Blog System X. This course shows you how to set up a wordpress-mu site with out a script. This course has a lot of good information that doesn’t seem to be available any where else.

Does auto blogging work? The answer is yes I have nearly one hundred sites setup that add new content and ads daily. Is it making me any money. I don’t know yet as the sites have not been up long enough. You can create about 10 of these site, test them and have them on line in about an hour. This happens only after you get the monetization templates setup.

Charter Communications–Customer Service

This is a short tirade on my feelings about Charter Communications and their service.  In my opinion Charter has the worst customer service in the industry.  In our local area Charter recently acquired Sudden Link Communications.  The service immediately went to pot and it wasn’t too good before that.  Charter claimed that it was due to upgrades being preformed on the system and in a few days we would have 8.0 Meg download speeds.  Shortly after this announcement they pushed the service restoration update to December 7 or beyond for 2010.

The second thing was an immediate increase in the price for the same service.  Charter upped my bill from $79 per month to over $100 per month with no increase in service and no reason given.  Lucky for me my bank would not accept their payment deduction since it did not come from an established provider.  I had no contract with Sudden Link and Charter gave no reason when called.  The customer service from their call center was rude and not at all in line with what I would expect from a nationwide service provider.

When I called Charter to fire them they could not find the account.  I called in again the next day and they found the account just fine.  I canceled the account but received billing for November and December.  This was an unauthorized billing.  Charter was notified to remove their equipment and lines from my property.  This has not been done.  However the joke is on them, since the lines run across land leased to an independent corporation and they have no easement.  The corporation will assess them $10 per day storage and trespass charges until the lines are removed.

We were now looking for a new internet provider and TV service.  Since a good friend and customer is the IT Manager for Benton REA we checked they out first.  There service record is great but they buy their bandwidth from Charter Communication and I wanted nothing more to do with Charter.  Charter froze out Sudden Link by restricting the bandwidth that they supplied in such a manner the Sudden Link could no longer be competitive in the market place.  I hope that they don’t do the same thing to Benton REA as they are a well established service oriented local cooperative.

We replaced our TV with Direct TV.  Their installation was very professional and their customer service has been excellent.  Our company has gone to Clear Communications for internet service.  Currently we get about 3 meg download speed and 1 meg upload speed.  That is about as good as it get where we live.  This action saves us almost $75 per month,  provides several hundred TV channels and adequate internet service.

The bottom line is that for those of us trying to conserve our cash always look for ways to reduce fixed cost services.  If you look around you can usually get a better deal.  When a provider automatically ups the price it is a red flag that it is time to go hunting.

In summary Charter has the worst customer service that I have ever seen and you should be very careful of their billing.

Credit Cards and Credit Card Companies

Just a few words of my opinion.  Take it for what it is worth.

I don’t like credit cards.  I use them because I have too.  The banking industry has so structured our money exchange so that we can not maintain a decent business status without credit cards.  My answer is to use debit cards.  If you want to make money and move forward in the world don’t do it on credit.  Most ventures can be funded without the help of hard money.

Most business ventures can be funded by venture capital if the business is good enough.  If it isn’t you don’t want to put your time and money into it anyway.  There is not such thing as cheap money.  Zero percent interest that credit card companies offer is nothing more than a marketing method to get you to sign up.  The credit card company can raise your interest at anytime–even under the new credit card laws.  They just fabricate an incident to raise your interest.  They will raise your interest rate if your credit score changes more than a set amount–I believe that this is 20 points and that is up or down.

Don’t blame your bank for your credit card problem.  They have very little to do with it and no control.  The credit cards are run by national credit mill that churn out credit cards and false capital for the economy.  If you ain’t got the money don’t spend it as the old Redneck says.

The credit card company does not care if you pay it or not.  The numbers are all on their side.  If you don’t pay they will gouge someone else 30% interest and outlandish late fees.  They don’t really care if you file bankruptcy or not, however they will harass you and issue any kind of legal document that does not require a firm commitment on their part.  These use these tactics as  a method to scare people to pay off their inflated rates.  Then after you pay them off the credit card company will report you the credit scoring firms to lower your credit score so that they can again raise you interest rate if you were fool enough to still have your credit card.

This is just my opinion–take it for what it is worth and share this with your friends.

Charged Subscriptions

Hi,
This is a short post about a pet peeve of mine.  For the last year or so the internet marketing community has been selling the paid membership sites hard.  This is not a new concept but quite old.  I remember it first as the old Columbia record send me a new record every month for 5.99.  This is the club that made Columbia Records.  The problem with this is that today people get caught up in a subscription that supplies them with monthly information that probably is free and is a rehash of someone else s PLR product.  Some of the monthly services are good.  My advice is is you are tight on money stay away from them.  The types of money grabbers include:
  • Book Clubs
  • Record Clubs
  • Investment Clubs
  • I’ll make your a $1,000,000 in a year on the internet.
  • Handyman clubs
  • Gardening Clubs
  • Auto accessories clubs
  • Stock investment information
  • How to buy real estate.
  • Handy Craft Clubs
  • Jewelry clubs.
The list is endless.  If you don’t have a lot of surplus cash stay away from the subscription clubs.  Some of them (nearly all) charge to your credit card and are  really hard to cancel.  Take it from me I know.
Some of these are worth while if you need the product.  Be real sure you need the product before you sign up.
