BLACK WEDNESDAY

What I am hoping is that black Wednesday does not turn into white Friday or red Saturday? White Friday would be the day that everything that you posted on the internet would need to be reviewed by a political reviewer before it was published. This would include blog posts, email, and especially any business related posts. Facebook posts and comments would not be allowed. How did this happen? The passage of SOPA and or PIPA gave so much power to the leadership hierarchy that everything must be reviewed for political correctness. I am glad I did not have to write those words.

We missed white Friday this time but unless we are vigilant it will eventually happen. The lesson learned is that as large and powerful as Google and Amazon are they were helpless to do anything without the power of the people. Thomas Jefferson said that “The price of liberty is eternal vigilance.” If we get to white Friday it is just a step away from red Saturday.

What is red Saturday? Red Saturday is the day that the people get feed up with the system that is controlling them. Thomas Jefferson in one of his lesser know (read that suppressed books) said that a little blood in the streets of a republic from time to time was a good thing. He was referring to oppressive government. The key word is republic as this country was not founded as a democracy but as a republic. If you don’t know the difference then now is the time to do your homework.

What can we do to avoid white Friday and red Saturday? There are a number of things that will put you in a position to avoid and survive these times if they should occur:

The greatest and best thing that you can do is get out of debt. This is the current control mechanism and is currently used to control the people.
Plan your life and live your plan.
Do your very best to do what is right in your life.
Store a year’s supply of food and clothing.
Develop an emergency cash fund at home not in the bank.
Get to know your neighbors as they are the ones that can help you and you can help them when things get rough.
Be active in your community and local government—keep an eye on them.
Be an informed citizen—willing to make whatever sacrifice is necessary to preserve constitutional government.

These are not things that a terrorist does; these are things that any well prepared citizen does. Personal success is determined by planning and action.

If the citizens are prepared and informed we won’t need to have another black Wednesday. A prepared citizenry will support The Constitution of the United States of America. All of us at sometime in our lives have sworn to uphold and protect the Constitution—now we need to honor that pledge.

Are You Willing to Succeed?

Success is a great term but often misused and misunderstood. Who defines your success, is it you, is it your friends, your wife or your boss? If you are willing to succeed you need to define your own success. You must have the courage to set your own goals and how to know and when they have been achieved. You must do this, no one else can do it for you.

Some authors say that success is adjusting your life to the circumstances of your life and defining your success around these events. To some extent this is true, however this falls under the old saying “Keep doing what you have always done and you will get the result you always got.” I like the way that the computer folks put it better, “Garbage in Garbage out.”

You as the individual must assume control of your own life. It is your life take charge and do it. This means that every successful person has had a few hard spots to get through. We all have things in our lives that we must change if we are going to be successful. Some of the key points that we might have to change are:

How we manage our money?
·What do we think of ourselves?
Have we defined what we want out of life?
Are we willing to set goals?
Will we commit to our goals?
Will we do whatever it takes to achieve our goals?
Are you willing to Succeed?

Do you have worthwhile goals with a time for their completion, written down and tracked? That was a mouthful of truth. What are the key things about our goals that determine our success?

Our goals must be OUR goals not goal of someone else.
Goals must be written.
Goals must have a time for their completion. This means that each goal must have a plan. Do you have a plan for each of your goals? Get one. Do it now, copy someones or write your own.

If you are willing to succeed you will have done or be willing do these simple things and follow through to the achievement of your goal. Then you can say that you are willing to succeed.

Have you written down your why?

Your WHY is every bit as important as goal. It is what gets you going and keeps you going. If you are willing to succeed then you must know your why. The WHY is what drives you to complete a goal. All your goals should be in agreement with your WHY.

HOW TO APPLY THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

What is the Law of Attraction? Is it just wishful thinking? Have you ever done this? You drive into a parking lot at Walmart and you wish for parking place near one of the doors. Did you get it maybe yes maybe no. Have you ever done this. Say, “My parking place will be in the second row from the food door four spaces in.” I you have and really meant it and expected that to happen then most likely you got that parking space. I have done this so many times my wife laughs and now accepts that we will get a really good parking place. Many time the parking place is better than I spoke about.

This brings me to the Book by James Allen, written in the early 1900’s, AS A MAN THINKETH he states in this book that all things occur first in thought. Scriptures from many religions state the “First there was the word.” From these concepts I conclude that everything is first created by words and thoughts.
The quotation “The man who says he can and the man who says he can’t are both right” is attributed to Henry Ford. In my 69 years of observation of human nature, there has never been an instance that I recall where this quotation is not true. Word for the wise: “Watch what you think and say.” The computer folks best explain this with the phrase “Garbage in Garbage out”. You mind, God and the universe will create what you think.

You need to study the Law of Attraction to use it and to successfully apply it in your life. How can you do this? Step one, get some information on the law of attraction. Step two, decide what you want to attract in your life. The best example of this is how I attracted the wife I needed. These are the things that I did. First I observed as many successful marriages as I could. I considered what the good things that these couples had. At this time I was newly divorced and probably bitter. Then I made a list of the characteristic that I thought my mate should have. The rest is history. I married the lady of my dreams and we have been married for 41 years. Have we ever had any disagreements. Yes, in fact quite often. To me this proves the Law of Attraction. My only regret is that I did not apply this principle more fully in my life. Sometimes people do things and don’t realize the consequences of their actions. It has come to light that our local one and only Benton City real estate office filed a complaint with Benton County that Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises Inc. was a junkyard or wrecking yard. Nothing was farther from the truth. Yes there were a lot of cars setting around, however this was due to the lack of action of the Benton County Sheriff’s Office for the past three years. These folks lodged a complaint with the Benton County Building Department resulting in a compliance letter to Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises Inc. Repair Facility for cars.

This resulted in an order to quit operating a repair business until a special use permit was obtained and the site cleaned up. Our friends at Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises Inc. don’t mind cleaning up as they have been trying to get that done for three years without any help from the county. This time the sheriff’s office was prompt and courteous then immediately completed the legal inspections necessary to allow removal of the Abandon vehicles. All but 4 of the old vehicles have been removed at a cost to the business of about $20,000. The loss of business to date has been over $30,000 to this repair shop. The total to-date that this complaint cost the community is in excess of $50,000. All of this occurred be cause of a self righteous real estate agent that need an excused for not selling peoples property. I hope that the people of the Benton City Community will not list property with or patronize this business.

A much better method would have been to have come to this business and explained what they thought was preventing their sales in the area. I know for a fact if these folks would have offered to help with a clean up, the community would have helped as they currently are. Since this business had been licensed by the State of Washington since 1998 Benton County could have notified the business that they needed as special use permit and given they 180 day to get it. This type of action would have allowed the business to operate and have prevented a bankruptcy that will cost the residents of Benton County and the State of Washington tens of thousands of dollars in direct business losses for accounts payable. A little history, in 1998 Terry Martin of the building department told the folks that started this repair business that no county permits were needed. I guess the law changed and the business owner was not notified or the county was wrong in the beginning.

When the compliance officer who was given final jurisdiction by the Benton County Prosecutors Office was asked for an extension to the order to keep the business open until a special use permit was issued she said go ahead and operate your business but if we get another complaint the fine will be $500.00 per day. This business Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises Inc. has always tried to comply with the law and immediately took down their sighs and ceased to operate. An application for a special use permit was made immediately, a public hearing was held and last week a letter was received with 17 condition that the business would have to meet in order to be allowed to conduct business. It is estimated that these conditions will cost an estimated $30,000 to implement. This brings the total loss cause by one self righteous act to over $80,000.

The result is that this single act has forced the owners of this business into personal bankruptcy.

Quick Test for New Products

This is my quick test list for a new product that I receive notification of its release. Of course in should make me fast cash.

Can I stop the video? Generally if I can’t I don’t watch it.
Is the price clearly indicated. No price no sale.
How many times do I have to click okay to get off the page. It is more than two I won’t buy.
Do I trust the producer? Have I bought from them before and had good results.
It the promises seem too good to be true they probably are–no sale here.
Does it meet the needs of my current marketing plan–I assume everyone has one.
Does it have a hidden recurring payment program–If it does no sale. You can usually find this plan on your paypal or clickbank invoice page. If it has a hidden recurring payment plan–no sale to this redneck.
Did I do a google search to see if I could find it cheaper?
Does it have bonuses that appear to be better than the featured product?
If the guarantee is for 60 days and the product says that you won’t get results before 61 to 90 day–beware and note the 60 days on your calendar if the product has not produced good results in 50 or so days get a refund because it won’t.

The American Truth and Justice League has taken on a special project to support Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises Inc.’s reopening of their repair division. This will be accomplished by various methods. The primary method will be to use the internet to raise funds to bring the site into compliance and remove old cars. It is our opinion that it was illegal to close this business without any recourse until a special use permit was issued. The business had been operating for 13 years with no complaints from Benton County Building Department. The business should have been allowed to operate until such time as a special use permit was issued or denied. Todate the business has sustained about $20,000 in lost revenue. Since the Benton County Planning Department allows them selves 120 or more days to review a permit they have essentially closed the business without cause.

As of this date the Benton County Commissioner nor the Benton County Building Department have responded to the proposed compliance plan or any other written communications. It has been our experience that any communication with any branch of government that is not in writing is like a leaf in the wind here now and then gone and forgotten.
